My story

Why I do this work.

I've been in real estate since 1999, and I bring an engineer's eye to every deal. With a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Oklahoma, I look at how a space will actually work for your business: layout, flow, access and total cost, not just the rent.

Today I focus on retail and industrial property in Dallas, Plano and Richardson. I represent business owners looking for the right space, and investors buying or selling income-producing property.

Valuation is a big part of my background. I've prepared exterior and interior Broker Price Opinions (BPOs) for companies and have marketed and sold bank-owned (REO) assets. That means I know how to price a property and back the number up.

I've also served as an Executive Director in financial services, leading sales, building teams and speaking to groups. My clients get that same business mindset: clear numbers, direct answers and steady follow-through.
